In equivariant homotopy theory, homotopy groups of G-equivariant spectra are graded by the representation ring RO(G). A natural question is to ask what these homotopy groups of the Eilenberg-MacLane spectrum HZ are. The story is far from know, especially when the group G is not abelian. We will show the results obtained when G is the dihedral group D_2p where p is a prime.
