We talk about our recent equidistribution result on the dynamics of rational functions on the projective line over non-archimedean fields under the no potentially good reductions condition, which partly answers a question posed by Favre and Rivera-Letelier. We will also mention about a similar result on the value distribution of higher derivatives in polynomial dynamics. The latter is based on our joint work with Gabriel Vigny (Amiens).
