Here is an illustration of how the budget is divided among the various divisions, both academic and nonacademic.

The Core Budget is the total of the operating budgets of the academic divisions that draw upon endowment resources to support operations. The academic divisions are

· The College (Arts, Sciences and Engineering)

· School of Medicine and Dentistry

· William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration

· Eastman School of Music

· Margaret Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development

· School of Nursing
